All return requests must be submitted according to the following procedure:

Log in to your account.

Find the order you want to return.

Press the "Request return" button. (Please note that the button only appears when the order is eligable for return)

Select a reason for yur return, add your notes, and finally press "Request
return" We will review your request and process it within 14 days.

2. Return Documentation & Shipping
Include the invoice and packing slip inside the return package.
Tip:
If you are returning valuable or fragile items, we strongly recommend insuring the shipment against transport damage.Important Notes

We provide prepaid return labels unless it was wrongly ordered by the customer.

Shipping costs for returns are not reimbursed in advance.

Packages must be securely packed to prevent damage in transit.

Returns without complete documentation may experience processing delays or rejection.

3. Return Policy
MPR Truck Parts B.V. offers you the option to return unused items in undamaged original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions

A 15% administration fee (of the part price) will apply, unless the return is due to an error by MPR Truck Parts B.V. (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Items ordered without prior chassis number verification or without contacting our staff, and later returned for reasons such as incorrect fitment or change of mind, are also subject to the 15% administration fee.

Shipping costs are always at the customer’s expense unless the return is the result of an MPR Truck Parts error.
Late Returns
Items returned after the 14-day period will also incur a 15% administration fee, and shipping remains at the customer’s expense.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
Any missing or damaged products must be reported in writing within 24 hours of receipt.
Failure to report within this period may affect your right to reimbursement or replacement.
5. Refund Method
After your return is received and approved:

For orders up to €150, unless a bank transfer is explicitly requested, the refund will be issued as store credit (usable for future purchases).

For orders above €150, the refund will be issued via bank transfer to your registered account.
If an exchange is requested, the replacement item will be shipped once the returned part is received and inspected.
6. Warranty Returns

Returns for items covered under warranty are completely free of charge.

Once we receive your return, it will be sent to the supplier/manufacturer for warranty evaluation.

If approved, your case will be handled according to the supplier’s terms — either a replacement product or a credit for the purchase price will be issued.
Please note:
Third-party costs (e.g., transport, replacement vehicles, or lost revenue) are not covered under warranty.
7. Processing Time
Once your return has been received and verified:

A credit note will be issued, and you will receive it via email.

Refunds or reimbursements are processed within 14 days after approval.
