This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website www.mprtruckparts.nl and governs how we handle and process shipments.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • The Netherlands

  • European Union (EU)

  • United Kingdom

  • Switzerland & Norway

  • United States & Canada (upon request)

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) are shipped the same business day.

  • Pre-order / special order items: Shipping times vary by supplier. You will be informed of the estimated delivery date after purchase.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reliable shipping partners such as PostNL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on destination and parcel size.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. For bulk or pallet shipments, we will provide a separate quote.

  • Free shipping may be offered for certain promotions or within the Netherlands over a minimum order amount.

Customs & Import Duties (Non-EU)

All international orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are included in our prices, NO HIDDEN FEES!

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).

  2. Provide photos of the damage or proof of non-delivery.

  3. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

We ship throughout Europe with DHL. If your country isn't listed as one of the standard available countries, we may apply a custom calculation for your order. This calculation depends on your location and the weight/size of the shipment.
