- All ACDelco Starters are remanufactured from original cores. Obsolete and damaged parts are replaced with OEM components or high-quality, new aftermarket parts. In addition, all ACDelco Alternators and Starters are overhauled with 100% new bearings, bushings and brushes.
- Performance and reliability testing includes testing in sound rooms, vibration testing, exposure to hot and cold rooms, and speed testing from 5000 RPM to 8000 RPM to meet original specifications.
