The 2stroke 3.0 H4 lamp has an innovative low beam hood with a built-in micro-optical reflector on the inside, which allows the reflector surfaces above the lamp to be illuminated.in a typical H4 application, only about 30% of the raw lumens are projected onto the road as forward illumination.with this special optics, about 40% of the lumens are projected onto the road.the area of the reflector directly above the bulb is responsible for a critical amount of light within the beam pattern, giving this patent-pending feature a serious performance advantage over other H4 LED headlight bulbs.

SUPERIOR BEAM QUALITY

The advanced PCB technology at the heart of the 2Stroke 3.0 sets a new benchmark for emission-to-surface intervals of just 2.4 mm in total.the PCB core itself is only 1.0 mm thick.dielectric layer: 300um.the circuit pattern: 140um, and the Philips Lumileds Luxeon Z LED chips: only 0.59 mm each.in combination with the small light-emitting surface of the LEDs, this amounts to a total cubic volume of 4.46 mm.ultimately, no LED bulb in the world simulates the filament size of a light bulb more accurately than the Morimoto 2stroke 3.0 - and for those who know, this is critical when it comes to proper beam distribution

OPTIMIZED FOCAL LENGTH

each format in the 2Stroke 3.0 series is meticulously optimized for good output in the designated application.the critical reference distance is calculated based on the geometry of the lamp base and the footprint of the Osram HKL transmitter.to ensure consistency, special tools are designed to check the quality of each bulb as soon as it comes off the production line.most other LED lights on the market use a 'set and forget' reference distance for all sizes in the series, which is not the case here

360 DEGREE ROTATION

the 2stroke 3.0 LED lights have a fully adjustable base.to make full use of the optical facets in any reflector or projector, the light emitting diodes must point to the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions.since there is no single standard for different headlight and fog lamps, all lamps in the 2stroke 3.0 range are fully adjustable.for all lamps that can be locked with a rotary movement, a rotary mechanism with gear transmission is installed, which makes the lamp adjustable in 15-degree intervals.an omni-adjustable rotation mechanism is used for all lamps that are press-fitted or clicked into the housing.

THERMAL MANAGEMENT

Once the lamp is installed, the internal high-speed fan is completely sealed, making the 2Stroke 3.0 the first actively cooled LED lamp with a fan that is not sensitive to outside elements.their unique internal circulation cooling system uses a 12,000 rpm cyclone fan to suck cool air into the lamp housing and blow warm air out, back into the housing.on the inlet side, cold air is drawn in along the side wall of the circuit board to exchange heat, and blown out on the other side of the lamp.this effectively cools the lamp and at the same time heats the ambient temperature inside the housing, increasing the resistance to snow/ice accumulation on the lens during the winter months.the cooling system of the 2stroke 3.0 not only does its job to protect the life of the lamp, but also offers an advantage in bad weather that cannot be found anywhere else.

ADVANCED DRIVER

The LED driver on the 2stroke 3.0 H4 bulbs is made of Die-Cast Aluminum that is galvanized. It has a double lip seal and is fully molded. In combination with the high-quality cast wiring, these lamps are suitable for all weather conditions.
