• Designed with tubes internally coated with a corrosion-resistant coating alloy 7072. This cladding alloy covers the inner surface of the core tubes to ensure galvanic protection against pitting corrosion. Any point attack on the coolant side of the tube will only penetrate as far as the core alloy, where further progress is abruptly halted.
• The side pieces are soldered to the header to form a --ensure strong connection that prevents breathing and fatigue during pressure changes.
• The side pieces are ribbed for added strength and rigidity, so the fins are protected from excessive stress and strain.
• Made with high-strength, rigid solder joints for durability and excellent resistance to corrosion and erosion.
• Designed to meet or exceed OE specifications for Shape, fit and function. Each heater model is tested in the actual HVAC heater module of the vehicle to ensure easy installation and proper operation.
• During the production process, leak tests are carried out several times to determine a --100% leak-proof product.
