A1 Cardone remanufactured power steering pumps are built to match or exceed OEM performance. Original designs are examined for possible improvements and, where appropriate, design upgrades are made to produce a more durable part than the original. All critical components are tested to ensure proper operation. Each unit undergoes a hydraulic efficiency test to ensure reliable, long-lasting performance and deliver a quality product that both you and your vehicle can rely on.

  • All critical components (campacs, control valves, etc.) have been triple tested to ensure the reliability of the product.
  • All units are built with 100% new O-rings and high quality Viton ® seals to prevent leaks. Viton® does not break down at high temperatures like conventional sealing material.
  • Each pump is computer tested to measure pressure, bypass, fluid flow, valve action, steering force and noise for guaranteed performance.
  • The shafts have a surface according to precise specifications to prevent premature wear of the SEALs and extend the life of the pump.
  • Units come with 100% tested and calibrated pressure relief valves for guaranteed performance.
