The AirDog 100gph a4spbd001 is the original proven air/fuel separation Cummins lift pump or fuel preporator. A booster pump system is a must for your 1998.5-2004 24V 5.9 L Cummins diesel. The fuel system of your 24V diesel truck is at the heart of vehicle performance and reliability. This low pressure Cummins lift pump is mounted on the inner frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction / fuel supply sides hook directly to the factory quick couplings on the fuel module. The pressure side is directly connected to the VP44 or CP3 injection pump bypassing the factory block - mounted electric pump and fuel filter housing.

The Airdog 100gph Cummins booster pump solves the infamous p0087 and P1093 codes for low fuel rail pressure. This positive supply of purified fuel fed to your injection pump will also improve your vehicle's performance, throttle response, and lifespan. Additional stress on your fuel system from high mileage and/or additional performance adjustments, such as a tuner or larger injectors, can cause your injection pump to become weak over time. This can lead to reduced performance, reliability and fuel economy. The included water separator (WS100) and fuel filter (FF100-2) mounted on the pump filter your fuel to a value of 2 microns, which exceeds the filtration capacity of the standard fuel filters.
