Revised short-block 5.7 HEMI 09/12 VVT

This short-block has been completely overhauled by Mopartruckshop.nl and comes with 1 year and / or 50,000 km warranty.

All overhaul engines short and long-blocks are built with the greatest care and precision in-house by mopartruckshop.nl

All machining operations are carried out using the most modern equipment by Mopartruckshop.nl selected partners.

All parts are OEM Mopar or exceed OE quality and workmanship.

  • Cylinder block is cleaned chemically and ultrasonically.
  • Block deck is mechanically flattened
  • Crankshaft bore honed
  • Cylinders drilled (in case of excess) with torque plate.
  • Cylinders mocked with torque plate.
  • Crankshaft micro polished;

Equipped with the following new parts:

- Crankshaft main bearing set HEMI 5.7/6.1 03+ B-GRADE singular
- Crankshaft main bearing set HEMI 5.7/6.1 03+ C-GRADE singular
- Connecting rod Bolt M9x1.0x45.75
- Piston set with piston rings 5.7 HEMI VVT +0.50 mm
- Connecting rod HEMI VVT 09+ (used)
-Connecting rod bearing-set HEMI 5.7/6.1 STD 03+
- Bolt M8x1.25x45
- Camshaft bearing set HEMI VVT 09+


If desired, the customer can build up this short block with reconditioned cylinder heads of his choice (lpg suitable) or reuse his own cylinder heads.
MPR-truckparts supplies fully remanufactured LPG suitable cylinder heads from stock.
If desired, cylinder heads can be CNC machined for optimal flow and more power (recommended in conjunction with camshaft upgrade).

This short-block can be built with the right camshaft for every application. Depending on the application and choice of the customer, a full standard engine or a high-performance body is possible for Car and Truck application.

- OEM Mopar LX MDS and VVT (300c, Magnum, Charger, Challenger)
- MTPP Stock truck 09 + VVT NON-MDS (disable MDS necessary)

Various high performance camshaft options are possible:

- MTPP Stage 1 VVT NON MDS + 80hp & +70Nm (with OEM 2013+ valve springs) MDS disable and tuning for extra power necessary!
- MTPP Stage 2 VVT NON MDS + 100pk & +80Nm (complete kit with springs,pushrods and hardware) tuning necessary!
- MTPP Stage 3 VVT NON MDS + 130pk & +80Nm (complete kit with springs,pushrods and hardware) tuning necessary!


Mopartruckshop.nl takes care of Assembly, out and installation and tuning on the Dyno test bench for optimal results!

With normal handling, use and maintenance, a warranty period of 1 year, or 50,000 kilometers applies to material and
construction errors. The following are excluded from warranty: (re)used parts or (consequential)damage due to failure thereof, normal wear and tear, improper use, external damage, interventions by third parties.
With a complete engine overhaul or exchange engine, it is necessary to change the oil and replace the oil filter within 1000 km. Complaints / defects resulting from the failure of this inspection may have consequences for the claim to warranty. The general condition for claiming a warranty is demonstrable maintenance according to factory specifications with original parts and materials. Complaints / defects resulting from the failure to perform demonstrably correct maintenance can have consequences for the claim to warranty.
