Visco clutch Ram 1500 94/02 2500/3500 00/02 5.9 Magnum

Hayden makes four different types of thermal fan clutches; Standard, Heavy Duty, Severe Duty and Truck Fan Drives. Each type is designed to simulate the performance, fit and appearance of the original clutch it replaces. All fan couplings are for specific applications and should only be applied for which they are catalogued. Using the wrong fan clutch can lead to poor cooling, excessive noise, less mileage, or a faulty fan clutch.

  • The fan rotates 70-90% of the shaft speed when turned on for more cooling
  • The fan rotates 25-35% of the shaft speed when it is turned off
  • Used with deeper pitch fans (2-1 / 2 inch pitch)
  • Land and groove design with a work surface up to 27 square inches
  • Recognizable by the finned aluminum front plate and the thermal spring on the front
