6.4 HEMI VVT SRT-8 Long block w-mds
This is a Brand new 6.4 392 HEMI Long block Engine. Comes as pictured with 6.4 Oil Pump included. These are perfect to replace a worn or damaged 6.4L HEMI, or to do a 5.7 to 6.4 engine conversion!
Fitment:
2011-2023 6.4L Dodge Challenger, Charger, Chrysler 300, Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8, Dodge Durango.
NOTE: 2009-2012 Model Years need to use the 09-12 230AA Crankshaft sensor (round nose).
If you have a 5.7 VVT Powered car, jeep or RAM truck these engines are a direct physical bolt in! Add 100+ HP with supporting modifications!
2009-Current 5.7 VVT Valve Covers, Oil Pan, Harmonic Balancers, Timing Covers, Intake manifolds, and sensors will swap over to this engine! You will need to purchase a 392 OEM windage tray/oil pan gasket for proper rod bolt clearance. Custom Tuning is required even if you are keeping all the OEM 5.7 VVT accessories. Below are all of the parts we recommend to get the most out of your engine swap!
- Stainless Works 1 7/8 Long Tube Headers, or the MMX R/T Hellcat Exhaust Package
- 392 Intake Manifold. We offer a kit with our SRV controller to swap the 6.4 intake manifold onto your 5.7 powered vehicle located here.
- Custom Tuning (and PCM Unlock where required). MMX offers this service here
What is Not Included:
- Engine accessories not included (Valve Covers, Oil Pan, Timing cover, Intake manifold, harmonic balancer, crankshaft bolt)
- Sensors will need to be transferred from your engine
